This is the most serious of all the ill-treatments carried out by doctors in the all times. The newborn babies were accidently given a blood thinning drug by the doctors, which left them nearly dead. The doctors gave the twins 10,000 units of Heparin rather than 10. Fortunately, the newborns lived but the hospital had to give $750,000 to the Quaid family.

• John Ritter:

This death was among the most saddening of all deaths of 2003. The superb comedian, John Ritter who always put a smile on people’s faces was caught up by such a tragedy that made the world sad at his demise. The comedian died because of a scratch in his aorta which seemed quite a natural death at first. However, his lawyers stressed upon the fact that such a condition wouldn’t have occurred just like that! They emphasized that the doctors should have been responsible enough to let him know of his condition at least two years earlier. A chest x-ray two years earlier had been overlooked by the doctors, which lead to the death of the star. He was instead, treated incorrectly for a heart attack.
